Camera traps spotlight biodiversity at Maynooth University

In early 2025, UWIN member Heather Sander joined Maynooth University as a Visiting Professor and worked with colleagues to set up a long-term wildlife camera trapping project. A recent article highlights their efforts to unveil the hidden biodiversity across the campus just west of Dublin, including red foxes, European badgers, American mink and Pine martens.
