Philadelphia joins UWIN!

Led by Penn’s School of Veterinary Medicine in partnership with local collaborators including the Philadelphia Zoo, the Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education, the John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge, and W.B. Saul High School of Agricultural Sciences.

Philadelphia’s participation expands UWIN’s reach in the northeastern United States and strengthens our collective ability to understand urban ecosystems. Together, we’re building a clearer picture of how cities can support both people and wildlife.
